Ways to Order:

Capricorn Technologies accepts orders directly via phone, fax, e-mail, and US Mail.  You may also order by contacting one of our Authorized Resellers.

Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, wire transfers, and cashier's checks in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. To protect your security, please do not e-mail credit card numbers. To pay by credit card or to obtain wire transfer information, please contact us at 510-527-9376, or sales@capricorn-tech.com and include a telephone number where we may contact you.

All international orders, unless pre-approved for terms, must be pre-paid by credit card or wire transfer.

Purchase Orders:

Capricorn Technologies welcomes purchase orders from all organizations. Please review the requirements for purchase orders below. To apply for credit terms, please contact sales@capricorn-tech.com.

Direct Purchase Order Requirements:

All purchase orders must include the following information:

• PO number, PO date, and name of authorized purchasing agent.
• Complete “Bill To” information, including AP contact, email address, phone and fax numbers.
• Complete “Ship To” information, including email address and phone number.
• Valid SKU numbers, required quantities, product descriptions, and pricing. Shipments within California must include state sales tax.
• Payments Terms (Net30, VISA/MC, COD, Bankwire). Net 30 is available upon credit approval.
• Shipping terms will be "Prepay and Add" unless purchaser provides a shipping account number.
• FOB: Origin.
• For international orders, currency must be USD.

Disk Partitioning:

All disk drives in Capricorn Technologies products are partitioned before shipment. As a service to our customers, customized disk partitioning can be specified. For information on disk partitioning, or to specify custom partitions, please contact sales@capricorn-tech.com.

System Configuration:

As a service to our customers, systems can be further configured at the factory. The following configuration options are available:

• Software RAID 0, 1, or 5 setup
• Samba Share setup

Shipping Information:

Delivery is from five to fifteen days from the date of your order. Capricorn Technologies will provide estimated shipment dates, but cannot be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control including component shortages, transportation failure, or acts of God.

Products are shipped via common carrier, FOB Origin.
